DRM Output Protection Settings

This topic covers DRM output settings that can be configured for your account.

Configurable settings

The default settings for VOD DRM output are set by Brightcove and updated on a regular basis to reflect settings recommended by the vendors and most popular with DRM users. In most cases, the default settings should work for you.

If you have special needs and wish to alter the output settings for your account, the following settings can be modified:

License Type - persistent or non-persistent
License Expiration - whether video or account level
Default Security Level
Analog Output Protection
Digital Output Protection

If you wish to modify any of these settings for your account, contact your Customer Success Manager.
